Change equipment item requirement stat settings

      
1. The required stat settings for weapon and armor equipment items will be changed. 
1) Weapon and Armor Required Stats
(1) The setting for increasing required stats based on the enhancement level will be removed.
(Required stats will not increase even if the enhancement level increases.)
(2) The setting for increasing required stats based on the Life Gem option will be maintained.
(Required stats will increase when the Life Gem option is applied to equipment.)
(3) The required stats for all weapon and armor items have been adjusted in accordance with the change in required stat settings.

3) Skill Change
